Completed in 2024, Gilmore Place is a new development near Brentwood Town Centre. Flooring Co. was proudly contracted to manage all carpet installations for the towers, along with flooring installation projects in corridors, amenities, and common areas. The scope of work encompassed over 230,000 SF of carpet, 135,000 SF of carpet tile, and 4,000 SF of vinyl plank flooring, showcasing our expertise in large-scale, high-quality flooring solutions. This development includes BC’s tallest residential tower.
